For Cruise Passengers: Please walk through the customs area and exit the terminal building. Proceed to the Main Port Exit Gate. Your guide/driver will be waiting there holding a sign with "Brand name" or your name. Do not wait inside the customs area; we cannot enter there.
For Hotel Guests: Please be ready at your hotel lobby or main security gate 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Note: Since this is a group tour, the exact pickup time may vary by 10-15 minutes depending on traffic and previous stops. We will contact you via WhatsApp or Viator message to confirm the exact time.
