This hands-on cooking experience lets you create a unique “sushi cake,” a modern and visually stunning style of sushi popular for celebrations in Japan. With guidance from an English-speaking instructor, you will learn how to assemble sushi rice and fresh ingredients into a beautifully layered cake. The experience also includes making fruit daifuku, a traditional Japanese dessert filled with fresh fruit and sweet bean paste.
