Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a short introduction to elephant welfare guidelines. You will learn about each elephant’s background, personality, and daily care routine. Our team will explain how we prioritize their wellbeing and how guests can interact in a safe and respectful way.

Walk beside the elephants through natural surroundings toward the beachfront. Guests always walk alongside the elephants no ride them. Participation is always based on the elephants’ comfort, and no activity is ever forced.

Observe caretakers providing a gentle freshwater rinse and learn how we monitor skin condition and overall health.
