Travelers have a unique opportunity to get to know a part of the forest of Spetses, to feel its energy, to experience a unique connection through meditation with nature, themselves and the energy of creation. They will learn about the wonderful healing plants of the island and how they help us in our health and will create their own unique essential oil which they will keep as a gift.

Itinerary

We will begin our journey from the open amphitheatre of Anargyreos and Korgialeneios school, in the forest of Spetses, with the creation of a personal essential oil, which you will take with you as a reminder of this connection.

We will continue our walk towards the ruins of the old observatory through the forest paths. During the walk, we will discover the aromatic and therapeutic plants of the area through a direct, experiential connection with nature. At the observatory we will have our first break stop

we will continue our tour approaching the top, and observe the beautiful view from the highest point of the island. At that point, and as we approach the end of the route, we will dedicate time to a guided meditation — a moment of calm and inner balance, energetic cleansing and grounding. Choose a guided meditation theme, such as energy cleansing, chakra balancing, or healing. After the meditation we will have a snack break

In the last part of the tour we will return back to the meeting point following the same path, while observing the magnificent view from both sides of the mountain.
