Guests will be greeted by our friendly driver at the designated pick-up area of Ngurah Rai International Airport (Domestic or International Terminal).
Your driver will be holding a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name for easy identification. If you have any difficulty locating your driver, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we will assist you immediately.

- Important information on arrival : the clients have to proceed to the exit to the Arrival hall after collecting the luggage In the event of couldn't find their name on the signage, please proceed and wait at THE FLIGHT INFORMATION DESK, our airport representative will meet them at the meeting point. Please do not accept any offer from the local taxi driver or legal transport company around the arrival hall. Once, the clients accepted the offer there will be NO REFUND For this Private Transfer, if you could not meet with the transfer assistance at remote airports or busy hours maximum 90 minutes after your exact pick up time before leaving the Airport/Port/Residence. Otherwise your transfer may counted as No Show of yours and refund may not apply (Non Refundable).
