Enter the building through Door B, beside Avant Garde Restaurant. Follow the signs in the maze of hallways and meet in our space Academie de Cirque. Call us is you have trouble finding it.
What to expect
Next, you’ll learn the foundations on the ground and practice the first key skill: the knee hang. With coaching and clear step-by-step guidance, you’ll climb the ladder, take off from the platform, and try your knee hang in the air—an exciting moment for all first-timers.
The class ends with the highlight of the experience: being caught by a professional catcher. Once you’re ready, you’ll repeat your knee hang and reach out to be caught mid-air, completing a classic flying trapeze sequence and finishing the class on a real circus high.
