9:00 a.m - 10:30 a.m: Start hiking trail uphill to one of the most beautiful mountains in Sapa, seeing the town getting smaller on the back and enjoy the viewpoint at the top (dragon jaw shape)
10:30 - 12:00: Hike rugged trails with overlooking Muong Hoa valley and start descending a little to the village 12:00 - 1:00 p.m: Have lunch at a local restaurant
1:00 p.m - 2:30 p.m: Continue the trekking route through Hau Chu Ngai Hamlet, then Thao Hong Den. Passing bamboo forests, enjoying high village views and daily life activities of Hmong people in there
08:30 a.m: Breakfast, then trek along Muong Hoa Stream to Red Dao villages 11:00 a.m: Visit Giang Ta Chai with its bamboo forest and waterfall
12:00 – Continue the trek through Giang Ta Chai and have lunch at a local house in Ta Van
1:00 - 2:00 p.m: Walk from Ta Van to Lao Chai, stop for brocade shop along the road to have a look, learning about traditional culture of making clothes in villages.
2:00 p.m -3:00 p.m: Walk through Y Linh Ho, crossing rice paddies and peaceful countryside
