What to expect

You’ll step into a cozy Marrakech workshop and create your own Moroccan-style glass mosaic lantern from start to finish.

First, your host will show you a few classic Moroccan geometric patterns and explain how the design comes together. Then you’ll choose your colors and start placing small glass pieces onto the lantern by hand, following the pattern step by step. As you build, your instructor will guide you with tips so it looks clean and beautiful—even if you’ve never done anything like this before.

Once the mosaic is finished, you’ll add the final touches, let it set, and then light it up to see your lantern glow. At the end, you’ll take your finished lantern home as a unique souvenir from Marrakech.
