She will introduce you to the beauty of this detail-oriented, centuries-old craft and show you her latest creations. You will then head to the last remaining chocolate-making laboratory in town. Once there, you’ll mold your own chocolate bar and savor the freshest morning production this authentic artisanal establishment has to offer. This immersive experience is a perfect blend of craftsmanship and tasting delight, making for a memorable day in Perugia.

Meeting and pickup
We'll meet by the Banca d'Italia right by the 5 star Brufani hotel in Piazza Italia. It is very easy to get there by local bus or mobile escalator from Piazza Partigiani parking lot.
