Meeting and pickup
Transfer and no-transfer options are available. Please select your preferred option when booking.
If you choose the transfer option, your pickup time will be sent to you by 9:00 PM on the day before your activity.
Please wait in your hotel lobby or agreed pickup location 10 minutes before pickup. Your driver will have your name for identification.
If your hotel cannot be accessed by minivan, we will arrange a nearby meeting point and let you know in advance.
Please make your own way to V Restaurant, located directly on Karon Beach. You can easily find the venue by searching "VEE Restaurant" on Google Maps. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time and check in with our team at the restaurant reception area.
