Meeting and pickup
Please travel independently to Cafe De Naidee Elephant at your selected time. Upon arrival, show your booking confirmation with guest name and number to the café staff for check-in. No hotel transfer included.
What to expect
Your ticket covers café entry, one drink of your choice (Thai tea, iced coffee, matcha and more), animal treats for everyone on your booking, and a canvas bag to take home.
Check in with your booking confirmation and choose your drink. Our staff will then arrange 15-minute elephant visiting session, where you'll meet the gentle elephants. Next comes a 10-minute capybara session, a favourite with kids and anyone who has ever searched for a capybara cafe in Phuket. Afterwards, relax with your drink as long as you like. Our friendly team is happy to help you take pictures whenever you ask.
The visit takes at least 30 minutes, with no early start and no long day trip, so it suits families with young children, couples and travellers short on time. Pick a time slot, show your ticket at the counter, and our staff will explain how the visit works. The elephants' health and wellbeing come first, so staff decide on the day which elephants are out.
