Pickup time is generally about 06:00–07:00 AM, depending on your location, and will be confirmed after booking.

Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Due to shared transfers and traffic conditions, a small delay may occur.

For hotels outside the pickup zone, a nearby meeting point will be arranged. Guests may also choose to travel directly to Thap Lamu Pier. Detailed instructions will be provided after confirmation.
