Meeting and pickup
Guests will be picked up from their accommodation in the Rovaniemi area. Please be ready outside your accommodation 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Your guide/driver will arrive in a vehicle branded with company logos. The guide will also have a sign with the lead traveler’s name. If needed, the guide may contact you via phone or WhatsApp before arrival to coordinate the pickup.
