Meeting and pickup
After collecting your luggage at LAX, please inform your driver of your terminal and pick-up zone number. The driver will arrive within about 7 minutes and will be holding a sign with your name. Thank you.
What to expect
After collecting your luggage, text or call your driver.
Meet outside the terminal at the curbside — tell your driver the numbered pillar where you’re waiting.
Your ride (7-passenger Sienna or SUV) will arrive in about 10 minutes.
Bottled water and basic first-aid supplies are provided.
Travel time to West Hollywood is roughly 60 minutes, depending on traffic.
