Airport Pickup Instructions
After collecting your luggage, simply inform your driver of the pillar number in front of the airport terminal. Once contacted, your private vehicle will arrive within 7 minutes. Enjoy a smooth and stress-free start to your journey!
Los Angeles Airport is large and very busy, with a total of seven terminals. If you provide your arrival terminal number, your driver will meet you at the curbside Passenger Pickup Zone of your LAX terminal. For pickup locations outside of LAX, please be sure to provide the exact pickup address.
What to expect
Two days before your travel date, we will provide you with your assigned driver’s name and contact number. After pickup, your driver will take you directly to your destination via the freeway for a safe and efficient transfer. The journey takes approximately 60 minutes, and bottled water along with basic first-aid supplies are provided in the vehicle for your comfort.
