Meeting and pickup
Los Angeles Airport is large and very busy, with a total of seven terminals. If you provide your arrival terminal number, your driver will meet you at the curbside Passenger Pickup Zone of your LAX terminal. For pickup locations outside of LAX, please be sure to provide the exact pickup address.
What to expect
After collecting your luggage, please text or call your driver.
Kindly wait outside the terminal at the curbside (passenger pickup area) and inform your driver of the numbered pillar where you are waiting.
Your private 7-passenger Sienna or SUV will arrive within approximately 10 minutes.
Bottled water and basic emergency supplies are provided for your comfort.

• Oceanside – approximately 2 hours
• San Diego – approximately 2 hours 30 minutes
• Chula Vista – approximately 3 hours
• Tijuana, Mexico – approximately 4 hours 30 minutes
(including border crossing time)
