Meeting and pickup
After collecting your luggage at LAX Airport, please inform your assigned driver of your terminal number and the pick-up zone number in front of the terminal. Your driver will arrive at the pick-up area within approximately 7 minutes. Upon arrival at the terminal pick-up zone, the driver will be holding a sign with your name for easy identification. Thank you.
Once you’ve picked up your luggage, just text us the pillar number at the terminal’s passenger pickup area. Your ride will be there within 7 minutes. Thanks!
