  Iturbe and the Ascent to the Condor Open We begin one of the most exciting stages of the tour through the picturesque village of Iturbe. This quiet Andean corner, with its adobe streets and nostalgic atmosphere, welcomes us before starting the ascent towards the clouds. From Iturbe, the road takes us to live a total height experience until we reach the Apacheta Abra del Condor, the peak of our expedition at 4,000 meters above sea level.   The Natural Canvas of Maimará When you arrive in the picturesque village of Maimará, you will find one of the most impressive geological spectacles of the Quebrada de Humahuaca: the Palette of the Painter.
