Meeting and pickup
Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer you to Ninh Binh. Hotel pickup is included for hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter where bus access is permitted. Due to local traffic regulations (From 1 July 2026), some streets cannot be accessed by buses with more than 16 seats during certain hours. If your hotel is in a restricted area, we will arrange the nearest convenient pickup point, which may require a short walk. If your hotel is outside Hanoi Old Quarter, please come to: No. 1 Trang Tien Street (Vietnam National Museum of History) - Next to Highlands Coffee Pickup: 7:20 – 7:30 AM (Please be ready by 7:20 AM.)
Please arrive at Ha Long International Cruise Port (Day Cruise site) by yourself at 11:30 AM. If you prefer, transfer from/to Hanoi is available at an extra fee of US$10/pax. Kindly provide your WhatsApp/iMessage 1 day before departure.

07:45-08:40 – Hotel Pick-Up Our English-speaking tour guide will pick up guests from various hotels in Hanoi's Old Quarter, between 07:45 AM and 08:40 AM. We strive to make pick-ups as timely as possible, but due to morning traffic in the Old Quarter and the number of hotels to collect from, this time is approximate. Please be ready to help expedite the process.

11:45–12:00 – Boarding the Cruise The bus will arrive at Ha Long International Cruise Port, where our staff will welcome you and guide you to the cruise. If you have not booked transportation from Hanoi, please arrive at Ha Long International Cruise Port by 11:45 AM.

Halong Bay (Pass by)
12:30: Lunch on board While the boat cruises among the islands and islets of magnificent Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay, a buffet lunch will be served.

1Hang Luon Cave
Luon Cave is a captivating water cave with two ways to explore it: Paddle a kayak across the calm water and take in the peaceful, natural beauty of Ha Long Bay. Or sit back in a bamboo boat rowed by a local and pass through the cave into a hidden lagoon surrounded by towering limestone cliffs and lush green peaks.

2Sung Sot Cave
Sung Sot Cave (Amazing Cave): Explore one of Ha Long Bay’s largest and best-known caves, where stalactites and stalagmites have formed into remarkable shapes over millions of years. Please note: The visit takes approximately 40–60 minutes and involves walking and climbing stairs. Guests with limited mobility may choose to relax on the cruise boat while the group explores the cave.

3Ti Top Island
Titop Island: Enjoy free time on Titop Island. Swim, relax on the beach, or climb to the viewpoint for panoramic views of Ha Long Bay. Please note: Local regulations limit how long cruise boats may dock at Titop Island. After dropping guests off, the boat will leave the area temporarily and return at the announced pickup time. Please follow your guide’s instructions and be at the pier on time so you do not miss the boat.

17:00 - 18:00 – Sunset Party Summit on the sundeck for watching the magnificent sunset over the Wonders of Nature, enjoy sunset tea-break with fruits, snack, tea and wine. It is an ideal time to make acquaintance with new friends, sharing your traveling experience or simply watching the sunset or just relax.

Hanoi Opera House (Pass by)
18:00 – 21:30 Disembark – Bus to Hanoi We will dock at the harbor, board the buses, and travel back to Hanoi via the high-speed highway, with a quick stop halfway before continuing the journey. The tour guide will drop you off at the front door of your chosen hotel in the Old Quarter. Depending on traffic conditions, the drop-off time may take a little longer. On weekends, drop-off times are often delayed due to road closures for the Walking Street
