For Hilo harbor Pick Up , You will take the designated walkways and cross walk outside of the harbors main gate, outside your tour guide will be waiting to escort you to the vehicle . Please be at the designated pick up area 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time .
for hilo Hawaiian Pick Ups , park your car in the areas designated for guest to ensure no ticketing or issues occur. Then proceed to the hotels main lobby . The Tour Guide will bring the vehicle right to the front of the hotel where the lobby is . They will get out to confirm your booking . Please be at the loading area for pickup 30-15 minutes prior to the marked departure time.
