What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The meeting point is at ground level at Exit A2 of Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station. Please gather at the top of the escalator, in front of the Akafudado supermarket. Guide will be waiting there holding a sign.
What to expect
Upon arrival at the stable, you will be seated on a provided pipe chair or floor cushion and observe authentic morning sumo training. Photography is allowed during the training; however, video recording is strictly prohibited. The wrestlers are engaged in serious and intense practice, so please remain quiet at all times and be respectful of the wrestlers and the training environment.
After the morning training concludes, there will be time for photo opportunities with the wrestlers, as well as a short Q&A session. The guide will assist with interpretation during this time.
At the end of the experience, the guide will walk with you back to the station, where the tour will conclude.

Schedule
• 8:15 AM – Meet at Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station
• 8:30 AM – Morning sumo training begins
• Around 10:15 AM – Morning training ends
• Until 10:30 AM – Photo session and Q&A with the wrestlers
• By 10:40 AM – Return to Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station and tour ends

- Photos are OK but only without the flash or shutter sounds
- Videos are not allowed
- Eating and drinking is not allowed
- Please do not step down onto the ring or the sandy ground area. The ring is a sacred place for the wrestlers.
- You cannot ask wrestlers to take a photograph with you while the practice is still going on.
- Please do your best to NOT leave the sumo stable in the middle of the practice, and try to stay and watch the practice until the very end.
- Please be very careful not to interfere with the sumo wrestlers concentration.
- Minimum age is 12 years old (Kids 11 and under cannot enter the stable)
