What to expect

Ride one of the world’s most spectacular coastal cycling routes on this fully guided road-bike experience along the Cape Peninsula.
Designed for keen recreational cyclists, this small-group ride follows the most celebrated sections of the Cape Town Cycle Tour route, combining challenging yet rewarding riding with constant views of both the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.
Over approximately six hours in the saddle, you’ll climb and descend the legendary Chapman’s Peak Drive — a bucket-list ascent famous for its sweeping ocean panoramas — before continuing along the dramatic coastline toward the Cape Peninsula. Along the way, your guide shares local insight, manages pacing, and ensures a smooth, safe experience so you can focus entirely on the ride and scenery.
Regular café stops allow time to refuel, enjoy excellent local coffee, and take in the surroundings, making this as much a Cape Town experience as it is a world-class ride.
This tour offers the perfect balance of endurance cycling and relaxed exploration — ideal for visitors wanting to experience the region the way local riders do.
