Meeting and pickup
- Complimentary pickup is available from hotels and Airbnbs or Closest place to your riad
- Your GUIDE will have your contact details, including your WhatsApp number, and will reach out to you the morning of the activity to confirm your exact pickup time and location.
- To ensure a smooth experience, please be ready at your pickup point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Please present your booking voucher to the GUIDE upon pickup.
- After the tour, you will be dropped off at the same location where you were picked up.
- An additional €20 fee applies for pickups over 10 km from the meeting point or outside Marrakech
- Pickup from riads is not possible due to access restrictions for large vehicles. Guests must meet at the designated meeting point
- Some locations share the same hotel name inside and outside the city. Please clearly specify your exact pickup address, especially if you are staying far from the city
