We also kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cannot be provided even if you arrive on the day of the tour.

- For customers participating in diving activities: Due to the increased risk of Decompression sickness, flying after the tour is not permitted. Guests who have a scheduled flight after the tour will not be allowed to participate. Thank you for your understanding. Please also note that we are unable to offer refunds for any changes or cancellations due to flight schedules. We kindly ask that you make your reservation with full understanding of this policy.
