Visit to the Palenque Lopez Real : Step into a familiar pallet where you will know step by step the artisanal production process: cooking in an earthen oven, grinding, fermentation and distillation. We will try a selection of artisan mezcales while you learn to identify their aromas, flavors and characteristics.
