Why This Experience is Unique:
・Hosted by a Professional "Curator": Unlike standard guides, your host is an industry insider and spirits buyer. You gain access to deep knowledge and local connections that guidebooks cannot offer.
Access the "Unobtainable": We serve rare Japanese whiskies (like Yamazaki, Hibiki, or limited releases) that are often sold out in retail shops. This is your chance to taste the legends.
True "Omakase" Journey: From the sushi chef's hand-picked seasonal fish to the bar's curated tasting flight, every detail is pre-arranged for quality. No decision fatigue—just pure enjoyment.
VIP Comfort: Forget navigating complex trains or finding maps. With a private taxi transfer included, you move through Tokyo’s night seamlessly like a true VIP.
You are advised to exit from 3, Tokyo Metro Higashi-Ginza station.
The tour will end in JR Hamamatsucho station! I will tell you the fastest route to your next destination, so do not worry about that.
We will meet in front of the Kabukiza. After a brief introduction, you will be guided into the hidden backstreets of Ginza.
Step inside a discreet, authentic sushi bar where locals dine. You will be seated at the counter to enjoy a full "Omakase" (Chef's Choice) course featuring the freshest seasonal seafood from the market. As your curator, I will guide you through sushi etiquette and the story behind each piece. Please note: To prepare your palate for the rare whisky tasting ahead, we enjoy this meal with one complimentary drink. This "cleansing ritual" ensures your senses are sharp for the night's main event. (Note: I carefully select the specific venue based on availability to guarantee a consistently high-end experience.)
No need to navigate the crowded subway. We will take a comfortable taxi ride to the bar in Hamamatsucho. As a professional buyer, I have prepared a special "Tasting Flight" featuring rare Japanese Whiskies (or premium Sake) that are difficult to find on the market. These drinks are perfectly paired with authentic Japanese bar snacks (Otsumami).
