    We will meet in front of the Kabukiza. After a brief introduction, you will be guided into the hidden backstreets of Ginza.

    Step inside a discreet, authentic sushi bar where locals dine. You will be seated at the counter to enjoy a full "Omakase" (Chef's Choice) course featuring the freshest seasonal seafood from the market. As your curator, I will guide you through sushi etiquette and the story behind each piece. Please note: To prepare your palate for the rare whisky tasting ahead, we enjoy this meal with one complimentary drink. This "cleansing ritual" ensures your senses are sharp for the night's main event. (Note: I carefully select the specific venue based on availability to guarantee a consistently high-end experience.)

    No need to navigate the crowded subway. We will take a comfortable taxi ride to the bar in Hamamatsucho. As a professional buyer, I have prepared a special "Tasting Flight" featuring rare Japanese Whiskies (or premium Sake) that are difficult to find on the market. These drinks are perfectly paired with authentic Japanese bar snacks (Otsumami).
