Your journey starts early as you leave Marrakech and cross the High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass, stopping for panoramic views and visits to small Berber villages. You’ll then reach Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO-listed ksar, for a guided tour of its historic kasbah and famous filming locations. After lunch, continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco,” where you may visit the film studios or Taourirt Kasbah. By late afternoon, you’ll check into your accommodation and enjoy a relaxing evening with dinner.

Day 3
Day 3: Full Nomad Experience in Merzouga Desert

On your third day, you’ll rise early to watch the sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes before returning to camp for breakfast. You’ll then explore the Merzouga region, visiting Khamlia village for traditional Gnawa music and meeting a nomadic Berber family. In the afternoon, enjoy free time for sandboarding or an optional ATV ride. You’ll spend a second night at your desert camp or hotel, relaxing over another traditional Moroccan dinner.

Day 4
Day 4: Merzouga - Tazarine - Nkoub (Berber Village)

After breakfast, you’ll begin your return north, stopping first in the quiet desert town of Tazarine, known for its rocky hills and palm groves. You’ll then continue to Nkoub, a traditional Berber village at the foot of the Jbel Saghro mountains, famous for its mudbrick kasbahs and authentic rural atmosphere. After a day of scenic driving and cultural discovery, you’ll settle into your accommodation in Nkoub for a peaceful evening and dinner.

Day 5: Nkoub - Ouarzazate - Marrakech
