Meeting and pickup
Private pickup is available directly from your hotel, riad, or the nearest accessible meeting point. If your accommodation is located inside the Medina, where vehicles cannot access the narrow streets, pickup will be arranged from the closest accessible location. Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the exact pickup time and meeting point. Please be ready 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time for a smooth departure in a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle.
Meeting point: Kubba Fatima Zohra, in front of the white building opposite the Koutoubia Mosque (a well-known and safe landmark). Please wait outside where your driver or guide will meet you. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Your experience begins with traditional Moroccan mint tea before your private hammam ritual. Relax in the warm steam, then enjoy a deep cleansing with Beldi black soap and a traditional kessa exfoliation, followed by a luxurious Rhassoul clay treatment that leaves your skin soft and refreshed.
Continue with a 60-minute relaxing full-body massage using pure Moroccan argan oil, followed by a rejuvenating facial treatment with natural Moroccan beauty products.
