If you arrive by Amber Cove : Once you disembark, walk to the main exit of the port (you must leave the gates of the enclosure). Your guide will be waiting for you outside with a Jey Tours sign.
If you arrive by Taino Bay : Go to the pedestrian exit of the port towards the external taxi area. Look for our staff identified with the Jey Tours logo.

Please wait in the main lobby of your hotel 15 minutes before the agreed time.
