We are going to navigate among the chanels of the chinampas to see how farmesrs grow organic food and eating eith them.

We are going to walk around the forest, caves and the top of the mountain adn visiting the local museum. We also are going to have lunch in the area.

We will discover this amazing collective project in the heart of the city. We will learn how the community make compost, recycle trash and use dry composting toilets among other techniques to protect the environment.
