"For Airport pickup: Please provide your Flight Number. We will meet you at the Arrivals Hall with a name sign. For Hotel/Apartment delivery: Please provide the full address. We will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate the exact delivery time."
What to expect
Easy Return: A pre-paid envelope is included. At the end of your rental, simply drop the router in any yellow Swiss Post mailbox (there are mailboxes at the Airport check-in area and train stations) before you leave.

Where we meet you (Meeting Points):
Airport Arrivals: We track your flight status. The meeting point is directly at Arrivals Hall 1 or 2 (depending on your airline), right after customs. Look for a sign with your name.
Train Connection: If you are taking a train immediately, we can meet you at Zurich Airport Railway Station, Platform 3 (Sector A / Head of the platform).
Romanshorn: Meeting at the Ferry Terminal or Train Station.
Hotel Delivery: We leave the package at the reception of your hotel (Zurich or Lake Constance region).
