What to expect

After booking, Chihab Transfer will contact you to confirm your transfer direction, pickup time and exact pickup and drop-off locations. Please provide your accommodation details and, for airport transfers, your flight number.

For pickups at Marrakech Menara Airport, your driver will meet you outside the arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name. For hotel or riad pickups in Marrakech or Imlil, your driver will meet you at your accommodation or the nearest vehicle-accessible point.

Your driver will assist with your luggage before you travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle between Marrakech and Imlil. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group.

Your journey ends at your accommodation in Imlil or Marrakech, the nearest accessible point, or the departures area of Marrakech Menara Airport, depending on your booked direction.

Each booking includes one one-way transfer. A return journey must be booked separately.
