What to expect
The journey begins by securing your ride online.
Provide Details: Enter your pick-up and drop-off locations, number of passengers, and luggage count to ensure a suitable vehicle like a sedan, SUV, or van.
Flight Information: It is mandatory to provide your flight number so the service provider can perform real-time flight tracking. This allows the driver to adjust the pickup time if your flight is early or delayed.
2. Arrival and Meet & Greet
Once you land at Dubai International Airport (DXB), follow the standard arrival procedures.
Formalities: Complete immigration, baggage claim, and customs checks. This typically takes 30–60 minutes.
Meeting the Driver: Exit into the arrivals hall; your driver will be waiting in the designated meeting zone or parking area. The driver will be in touch with you through WhatsApp.
3. Loading and Vehicle Boarding
The driver will then lead you to the vehicle.
Luggage Assistance:
Walking to the Lane: You will walk a short distance to the designated pickup lane or parking area outside the terminal (e.g., the last lane opposite Exit 3 at some terminals).
Vehicle Comfort: You will board a pre-cooled, air-conditioned vehicle tailored to your group's size.
4. Transfer and Drop-off
The final leg involves the drive to your accommodation or residence.
The Journey: The driver takes the most efficient route to your destination. Typical travel times to Downtown Dubai or major hotels are 15–45 minutes, depending on traffic.
Arrival: Upon reaching your hotel or residence, the driver will pull up as close to the entrance or lobby as possible.
Unloading: The driver assists with unloading all luggage from the vehicle.
