What to expect
Prepare the dough and each participant learns to shape their fritters before cooking them.
While the dough rests for a few minutes, you can learn about another Uruguayan tradition: mate.
The cakes are cooling and will be ready to taste, with dulce de leche and mate in a relaxed gathering.
