This tour starts and ends in Ha Giang city. Sleeper bus transportation between Hanoi and Ha Giang can be arranged upon request at an additional cost and is not included in the standard tour price unless explicitly selected as an option.
Pick-up is available at hotels, homestays, or agreed meeting points within Ha Giang city.
Travelers who select a sleeper bus option will travel overnight between Hanoi and Ha Giang by sleeper bus. Sleeper bus schedules, pickup points, and meeting details in both Hanoi and Ha Giang will be confirmed one day before departure. Guests arriving in Ha Giang by overnight sleeper bus will be assisted upon arrival.
Group or private tour options with sleeper bus include transportation arrangement only. Seating type, bus company, exact schedule, and pickup/drop-off points are subject to availability and depend on the bus operator.
Daily pickup times may vary depending on the day’s route and activities. The exact pickup time (usually between 7:00–7:30 AM) will be confirmed by our team one day before departure.
This is a small-group experience with a minimum of 3 travelers required to operate. If the minimum group size is not met, guests may be offered an alternative date, a private tour option, or a full refund.
Single Room Supplement: An additional single room supplement applies if a traveler requests a private room or when the group size is odd-numbered (e.g. 3 guests). The supplement amount will be clearly shown during booking or applied via the mandatory add-on, where applicable.
Accommodation Standard: The listed group tour price is based on double or twin room sharing, using carefully selected local hotels or homestays that match the standard of the tour package. If guests request a higher accommodation category or a higher room category (subject to availability), an additional cost may apply. Any upgrade request and corresponding price difference will be clearly communicated and confirmed before final booking confirmation.
Last-minute bookings notice: For bookings made within 24–48 hours before departure, availability of accommodations, easy riders, and transportation services is subject to confirmation. While instant confirmation is enabled, we may contact guests shortly after booking to reconfirm operational details or suggest suitable alternatives if needed.
Internal cancellation terms:
For bookings made well in advance, our standard cancellation handling follows the terms below:
• 30+ days before departure: full refund of deposit
• 15–29 days before departure: 20% deposit retention
• 8–14 days before departure: 50% deposit retention
• 4–7 days before departure: 75% of total tour price
• Within 3 days or no-show: non-refundable

Additional Important Notes:
This tour starts and ends in Ha Giang city. Day 0 is considered an arrival/rest day for guests traveling to Ha Giang. Overnight travel is by sleeper bus. Guests arriving in Ha Giang early morning will be arranged a shared dorm rest space to freshen up and rest before the tour starts. No private overnight accommodation is included unless specified.
Sleeper bus transportation between Hanoi ↔ Ha Giang is optional and not included unless clearly stated in the selected tour option.
The tour typically ends in Ha Giang city on Day 4 afternoon/evening. Overnight sleeper bus back to Hanoi can be arranged at an additional cost.

After a morning briefing, the route enters the Dong Van Karst Plateau. Walk through the quiet forested world of Sa O Ha village, continue via lesser-traveled roads to the Sang Tung Stone Desert, then visit Lao Xa village to learn about traditional H’Mong silver crafting.

2Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark
An early start for the White Cliff hike, a dramatic ridge walk above Ma Pi Leng Pass. Continue toward Nho Que 3 for a motorboat journey into Phong Luu Gorge; kayaking or swimming may be possible depending on weather and river conditions.

3Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark
A day of hidden geology and quiet routes: bamboo forests, sinkholes, and valley-ridge landscapes. Travel via Mau Due and Duong Thuong with scenic stops before reaching Nam Dam village, home of the Dao ethnic community.

4Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark
Explore Nui Thung Binh Duong and the Soan Tung cave system, featuring underground streams and limestone formations. After lunch, trek through tropical forest to reach Khau Lan Waterfall. Return to Ha Giang in the afternoon for rest and preparation for onward travel. Route order may be adjusted due to weather or safety conditions.
