For cruise passengers arriving at Taino Bay or Amber Cove, please note the following:
Taino Bay Cruise Port: After disembarking, walk outside the main gate. the driver will be waiting outside the port area holding a sign with your name and company logo.
Amber Cove Cruise Port: Please walk to the main parking area outside the port gates. Your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name.
Hotel and Airbnb guests: Please wait in the main lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Pickup time will be confirmed after booking, based on your location and cruise arrival time. We recommend providing your WhatsApp number for easier communication on the day of the tour.
