Meeting and pickup
- Pickup Coverage: We provide pickup from all hotels in Puerto Plata and both cruise ship terminals: Amber Cove and Taino Bay.
- Cruise Ship Passengers (IMPORTANT): Due to local regulations, independent tour operators are not allowed to pick up passengers inside the terminal. You MUST walk to the Main Exit Gate of the port (outside the security perimeter). It is approximately a 10-12 minute walk from the ship. Our team will be waiting for you right outside the gate, wearing the official Enma Tours uniform and holding a sign with the lead traveler's name.
- Hotel Guests: Please be ready in the main lobby of your resort 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Look for our staff and transportation with the Enma Tours logo.
