Your driver will meet you at Marrakech Airport. Transfer by private taxi through Ait Bougmez valley to Arous village. Arrival and overnight in a local guesthouse.

Breakfast at the guesthouse. Meet the mule team and load the gear. Start trekking towards Tarkeddit Plateau via Tizi n’Oughri (~3900m). Camp overnight at Tarkeddit. Walking time: 6–8 hours – Distance: ~16 km.

Early wake-up at 03:00 AM. Begin the long ascent to Mgoun Summit (4071m). Rest and take panoramic photos at the top. Return to Tarkeddit Camp. Total hiking time: ~13 hours – Distance: ~22 km.

Descend back to Arous via the same scenic route. Overnight at a local guesthouse. Hiking duration: ~7 hours – Distance: ~16 km.
