What sets our tour apart is not just where you go, but how the journey is operated.
All guides are full-time members of our own team, not outsourced staff. They are professionally trained in mountain safety and rescue, and take full responsibility for decision-making and safety in high-altitude environments.
Accommodations, flights, and helicopter services are arranged through direct contracts with trusted local partners. This allows us to offer premium lodges and helicopter services at better value than individual bookings, while adjusting schedules quickly when weather or flight conditions change. As a result, travelers enjoy a stable and reliable travel flow in the Everest region without unnecessary costs.
We focus on quieter routes instead of crowded main trails and operate in small groups only, prioritizing comfort, acclimatization, and attentive on-site care. This is a refined Himalayan experience built on safety, quality, and purpose.
We will pick you up upon arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer you directly to your hotel.
On the official start day of the tour, we will pick you up again from your hotel to begin the journey.
The exact pickup time on the tour start day will be provided the day before.
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly greeted and transferred to your 5-star hotel in Kathmandu. After check-in and a short rest, meet your trekking guide for a detailed briefing, gear check, and trip orientation—an easy, well-paced start that prepares you comfortably for the journey ahead.
After a scenic 30–35 minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860m), the journey begins with a gentle walk through rhododendron forests, following the clear waters of the Dudh Koshi River. After 3–4 hours of relaxed trekking, you arrive in Phakding (2,610m) and settle into a quiet riverside lodge. As evening falls, enjoy a warm, locally prepared dinner, surrounded by the soft sounds of the river and forest—your first peaceful night in the Himalayas.
Leaving Phakding, the trail follows the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges along the way. After a permit check at the national park entrance, the path climbs steadily toward Namche Bazaar (3,440m). After 5–6 hours of trekking, you arrive in Namche Bazaar, where dramatic Everest-region peaks rise all around you.
Today is dedicated to acclimatization with unforgettable views. A gentle hike leads to the Everest View Hotel (3,880m), where sweeping panoramas of Everest, Ama Dablam, and the Himalayas unfold. Back in Namche Bazaar, explore lively markets, local trekking shops, and cozy cafés—your last taste of mountain-town life before heading higher.
A gentle walk through forests and quiet Sherpa villages leads to Thame (3,820m), the birthplace of legendary Sherpa climbers. If time permits, visit the serene Thame Monastery, steeped in Himalayan history.
The trail leads toward Kongde, passing the village of Phare and winding through a quiet forest path, far from the busy Everest main routes. Upon arrival, check in to a luxury mountain resort in Kongde for a two-night stay. Set high on the slopes of Kongde Ri, the lodge feels truly at the edge of the world. Completely removed from markets and crowds, it is surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks, offering a rare sense of silence and an unforgettable view of the Himalayas at their most vast and powerful.
Kongde Lodge is one of the rarest places to experience the Himalayas in true solitude. From its elevated position, sweeping views over the Khumbu Valley stretch toward Everest, creating a sense of space and silence found in few places. By day, the mountain panorama can be enjoyed from warm interiors or the lodge’s open garden. At night, the sky fills with many stars, and on clear mornings, the sunrise over Thamserku, rising directly in front of the lodge, is unforgettable. For those seeking a deeper adventure, an optional guided hike leads to Kongde Lake (5,000m)—a hidden alpine gem. Its turquoise waters reflect surrounding peaks, offering rare views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku. Meals are another highlight. Fresh organic vegetables, yak cheese, milk, and local dishes are carefully prepared to bring warmth and comfort at altitude. A rest day in Kongde is not simply time off—it is a chance to experience the Himalayas at their most vast, quiet, and profound.
From Kongde, board a helicopter for an unforgettable flight over Everest Base Camp (EBC). Soar above the legendary Khumbu Icefall, tracing the iconic climbing routes used by Everest expeditions. The flight continues over Kala Patthar, offering one of the most breathtaking panoramic views of Mount Everest and the surrounding Himalayan giants—a perspective few ever experience. After the flight, travel on to Lukla, where you spend your final night of the trek. As the sun sets over the Solukhumbu region, relax in the garden with a rum punch in hand. On clear evenings, the starlit sky and the dramatic silhouette of the surrounding mountains create a truly spectacular finale to your Himalayan journey.
Depart Lukla early in the morning and fly back to Kathmandu. After arrival, enjoy time to relax at your hotel or explore local souvenir shops at your own pace, choosing gifts for loved ones. In the evening, gather for a farewell dinner to celebrate and reflect on the journey, sharing memorable moments from your Himalayan adventure together.
