Using traditional wax, you'll craft a lifelike sushi food sample.
Then, using resin—a material employed in modern food sample production—you'll create a salmon ikura bowl with realistic shine and transparency.

Before crafting, learn why food samples originated in Japan and how materials and techniques have evolved over time through easy-to-understand explanations.
Questions like “Why does it look so real?” will naturally make sense as you experience the process.
