Stop 1: Rice Noodle Breakfast at Ta Kok Village: Rice Noodle Breakfast at Ta Kok Village: Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Ta Kok village, where your morning begins with a taste of Kuy Teav, Cambodia’s beloved steamed rice noodles beautifully served on lotus leaves. We’ll enjoy breakfast at Lotus leaves noodle soup restaurant, a local favourite. Your guide will help order for you, explain the ingredients, and show you how locals eat it.
Stop 2: Local Market: Step into a vibrant local market near Wat Norea to witness how Cambodians shop, prepare ingredients, and connect as a community. Your guide will lead you through the fresh produce section, introducing key herbs and vegetables used in Khmer cooking — and sharing stories along the way.
Stop 3: Muslim Village Walk: After exploring the market, we’ll stroll to a nearby Muslim village. As we wander through its peaceful lanes, your guide will share fascinating stories about Cambodia’s Muslim community, their unique traditions, and deep-rooted history. Along the way, we’ll sample local snacks and get a taste of popular muslim snacks. This village walk will take around 45 minutes and offer a rare glimpse of Cambodia muslim that many travelers miss.
Stop 4: Coffee Break: After visiting a farmer family in a rural area, we’ll take you to a beloved local coffee spot. Coffee has been part of Cambodian life since it was introduced by the French and Vietnamese, and today it’s a daily ritual. Here, you’ll try the classic Cambodian iced coffee with condensed milk—rich, sweet, and a favorite across the country.
Stop 5: Visit to a Vegetable Farm: Next, we’ll hop on our tuk-tuk and ride to Snoa Village to meet a local farmer. On their farm, you’ll learn about rural life, see how vegetables and herbs are grown, and hear the family’s stories of their hard work and hope for the future generation. It’s a chance to connect with Cambodians and understand about agriculture in Cambodia.
Stop 6: Lunch at Lok Ov Pok Restaurant: To finish the morning, we return to town for a relaxing lunch at Lok Ov Pok Restaurant, known for its dedication to preserving traditional Khmer cuisine. Enjoy a thoughtfully selected family-style meal, including their signature pork stew and other classic Cambodian dishes.
