Annapolis Walking Tours provides entertaining and informative tours throughout historic Annapolis. This tour is wonderful for people of all ages and involves approximately 2 miles of walking at a relaxed pace with frequent stops. Cobblestone pathways and uneven brick roads are present throughout; please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring appropriate rain gear/ umbrellas in case of rain. Annapolis is the sailing capital of the world; we go outside rain or shine!
Tours are offered on the weekends. Additional times may be available with advanced notice.

Punctuality is important and appreciated. Kindly be at the meeting spot ten minutes before the stated meeting time. The tour guide will wait a maximum of ten minutes before proceeding on the tour.
We will meet at the benches surrounding the Thurgood Marshall statue at Lawyers Mall (Lawyer's Mall is between College Avenue and State Circle; it is in back of the Maryland State House and adjacent to the Maryland Governor's Mansion)
We will meet at the Lawyers Mall to start the Annapolis historic district walking tour. The Lawyers Mall is located at the site of the Thurgood Marshall statue. This is in front of the Maryland State House (between College Avenue and State Circle).
Our knowledgeable guide will take you on a tour inside the Maryland State House, the oldest state house still in legislative use.
Our guide will take you to St. John's College, the third oldest college in the USA, founded in 1696 as The King William's School.
We will walk by the Hammond-Harwood House, built in 1774.
We will walk by the William Paca House and Garden.
We will walk by the James Brice House.
We will enter the grounds of the USNA at Gate 1. In order to enter the USNA, each individual must bring a REAL ID or passport. Non-US nationals are not permitted to enter. Alternative routes can be designed for non-US nationals.
We will look at the Shiplap House; one of the earliest extant houses in Annapolis.
We will talk about the significance of the Kunta Kinte Monument.
