Along with the main attractions of Delft Island—such as the Dutch Fort, Pigeon Nest, Dutch Hospital, beaches, Baobab tree, Queen’s Tower, and wild horses—we offer something more meaningful.

As this is a glamping stay, guests have more time to slow down and truly feel the island vibe. You can walk around the village, observe daily island life, and experience how the local community lives peacefully and simply.

Delft Village Stay is an experience-based eco community stay, where guests are encouraged to interact with the local community and enjoy traditional meals prepared with local, natural ingredients in a clean and hygienic way.

This experience is best suited for adventure and experience seekers who enjoy nature, culture, and authenticity. Guests who expect luxury transport or 5-star hotel-style comfort should note that this island—and tour with Glamorous campsites —are not designed for that type of travel.

776 from Jaffna town bus stand to kurikattuwan port. Then they will have to take
2.30 PM and 4 PM ferry ( boat ) .
Boat journey is 1 hour!
We will pickup them from Delft port.

From Jaffna, There are three boat services, 2.30 PM and 4 PM boats would be better! Jaffna town To Kurikattuwan jetty ( 776 bus from Jaffna ) Kurikattuwan jetty to Delft port ( by boat )
