After leaving your cruise ship, please walk through the Costa Maya port shopping area toward the main exit. Once you exit the port gates, our team will be waiting just outside the port area wearing white shirts and ready to assist you.

Look for our team holding a sign with your name or the name of the reservation. From there we will guide you to your transportation for a short ride to the beach club in Mahahual.
