Total Duration: Approximately 5.5 hour 09:30 – Meet at Miyako Station Travel by vehicle to the trailhead near Aneyoshi Campground (about 1 hour). Please bring your own packed lunch and drinks. You can easily purchase these near Miyako Station before the tour.
Aneyoshi camp site is the trail head to the eastern most point of Japan mainland.
10:30 – Michinoku Coastal Trail Hike Hike along a scenic section of the Michinoku Coastal Trail through forests and coastal cliffs toward Todogasaki Lighthouse. Hiking time is approximately 1–1.5 hours one way, at a relaxed pace suitable for beginners. 12:00 – Todogasaki Lighthouse Arrive at Todogasaki Lighthouse, the easternmost point of Honshu. Enjoy panoramic ocean views and photo time. Typical stay: 30-45 minutes. Entry to the lighthouse is prohibited 12:45 – Return Hike Hike back to Aneyoshi Campground via the same trail.
15:00 – Drop-off Return to Miyako Station or Fujiwara Port. Tour ends.
