Pickup Information
We offer hotel pickup within our designated pickup zone in Marrakech.
If you’re staying inside the Medina, where vehicle access may be restricted, we’ll provide a convenient meeting point as close to your accommodation as possible.
If your hotel, riad, or accommodation is outside our pickup zone, please contact us after booking. We’ll be happy to arrange the most convenient pickup location for you.
Meeting Point: Hotel Tazi, Marrakech. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our team will be waiting for you and will contact you in advance to confirm the exact pickup time and provide any additional instructions.
