Airport Pickup Instructions – Providenciales (PLS)
Upon arrival at Providenciales International Airport (PLS), please proceed through Immigration and Customs and collect your luggage.
After exiting the terminal, please look for a dispatch officer wearing a yellow vest and let them know that you are to be picked up by Almaré. Your driver will be waiting at a nearby location and should be with you in about 5-10 minutes, depending on the traffic at the airport. Your driver will then greet you and assist with your luggage before escorting you to the vehicle.
If you are unable to locate your driver, please remain near the arrivals exit and contact us using the phone number provided in your booking confirmation.
To ensure a smooth pickup, please provide your flight number and estimated arrival time when making your reservation. We monitor incoming flights and adjust pickup times in the event of delays.
What to expect
1. Booking Your Transportation
Guests can reserve their transportation in advance by selecting their date and pickup time. During the booking process, guests will be asked to provide important details such as their flight information, hotel or villa location, and number of passengers to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated experience.
2. Booking Confirmation
Once the reservation is completed, guests will receive a booking confirmation with all service details, including pickup instructions, contact information, and any additional information needed for the transfer.
3. Arrival Preparation
For airport pickups at Providenciales International Airport, flight arrivals are monitored to account for early arrivals or delays. This allows the driver to adjust pickup timing and ensure guests are met promptly upon arrival.
4. Meet and Greet
After clearing immigration, customs, and baggage claim, guests proceed to the arrivals exit, where they can speak to an airport dispatcher wearing a yellow vest to contact their driver. The driver will be nearby, awaiting the interaction from the dispatcher to collect the passengers. Upon arrival, the driver will greet guests and assist with luggage before escorting them to the vehicle.
5. Comfortable Transfer
Guests are then transported comfortably to their destination while enjoying a smooth and relaxing ride through Providenciales. The journey provides a seamless transition from the airport to the island’s hotels, villas, or private residences.
6. Arrival at Your Destination
Upon arrival at the destination, the driver will assist with unloading luggage and ensure guests are safely delivered to their hotel, resort, villa, or private residence.
7. Ongoing Assistance
If guests require additional transportation during their stay—such as return airport transfers, dining transportation, or private driving services—arrangements can be made to ensure continued convenience throughout their visit.
