Pickup details:

We offer complimentary airport pickup from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). Upon arrival, the driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals area holding a sign with your name for easy identification.

To ensure a smooth pickup, please provide your flight details (airline, flight number, and arrival time) at least 24 hours before arrival. In case of flight delays, we monitor flight schedules and will adjust pickup time accordingly.

If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone using the number provided in your booking confirmation.

Please note that airport pickup is available at any time (24/7). The team will transfer you comfortably to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha depending on your itinerary.
