We share the soup of guides and 15 moles cooked in a traditional way paired with a selection of mezcales and craft beers from Oaxaca.

We will start by tasting the so-called “Guides”, which is a soup made from the tender stems of the pumpkin plant, accompanied by chochochoyotes (dough balls) and an unmatched seasoning that will give way to our tasting of 15 moles (a reduced number compared to the impressive diversity of moles we can taste in Oaxaca), we also taste chepil rice and soak in the historical context that frames the gastronomy in Oaxaca.
