After booking, please send your arrival flight number, arrival time, terminal, onward flight number and departure time, exact pickup location, and luggage details through Viator messaging. Your meeting point and pickup instructions will be confirmed before the tour. For airport arrivals, pickup takes place after immigration and baggage collection. Your driver will monitor your flight and adjust pickup for delays where possible; please contact us if your flight is delayed so available arrangements can be confirmed.
