Pickup is available from Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminals 1, 2 & 3 and selected hotels within the designated pickup area. Please provide your flight number, arrival time, terminal, and exact pickup location when booking. Our driver will monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time for delays where possible. For airport arrivals, your driver or airport representative will meet you at the agreed pickup point after you collect your luggage. If you are already in Dubai, pickup from selected hotels within the designated area is also available.
